In addition to my hands-on experience, I also enjoy mentoring Design Thinking teams to help them solve business challenges through user experience and design thinking sessions. I played a major role in the design and implementation of “Next-Gen” workplace for my previous company with launch of 20+ products globally and few of these products have bagged the following awards.
Stevie 2022 Asia Pacific - Innovative Achievement in Customer Satisfaction for the Design Toolkit Platform.

I played a major role in conceptualisation and implemention of a home-grown platform called "Design Toolkit" to enable total experience transformation at scale and promote a culture of innovation. It gamifies problem-solving so that it wasn’t perceived as “solving a problem” but rather working on a puzzle or playing a board game. This is envisioned to be a catalyst for digital transformation initiatives and innovations within the organization.
Spearheaded a leadership platform right from conception to delivery. This is an internal-leadership sourcing platform that brings right opportunities to rightful leaders and vice-versa.​ The application:​ Actively Listens to leaders’ career-plans​, Empathetically Captures their mindset w.r.t their current role​, Diligently Holds a stock of leadership opportunities in the organisation​ and Smartly Matches the ‘Supply’ and ‘Demand’​.
