Redefining the Search experience of any Sales platform

Problem statement

People in customer-facing roles were finding it difficult to look for information in their Sales platform. Previous projects, whitepapers published, Customer profiles, products built by the company etc., were something they would want to look at especially when pitching to a client for winning a deal. Fetching relevant information based on the search keyword was their biggest problem.

Solution proposed

How can we enable the user to find information by suggesting appropriate keywords, phrases and fetch results using AI techniques that is contextual and relevant?  After carefully studying the product architecture and design, I came up with a framework for search functionality that uses AI algorithms to parse the data and provide relevant information to the team.

I am currently working in Zalando as a Senior Product Designer in the Digital Experience team.

Long story short

I am a Product Designer with over a decade of experience. Worked on 30+ projects (Not included everything here due to copyrights issue) Trust me, I have seen a lot of edge cases and 10000+ times annoyed a developer for implementing a pixel perfect design :P!
